If the relocation includes a free ferry this may or may not include the passengers and will say so on the listing details. The details should also state either, that the rental car operator will arrange the ferry crossing for you and that you will have to pay the company for the passengers so that they can book you all in together, or that you will have to arrange the passage for your selves and that they will reimburse you for the vehicle passage once you return the vehicle.
