How to cancel my request?

You can cancel a request if it has not already been accepted by the rental operator at any time and you can cancel an accepted request as long as you give them more than 48 hours notice. If you do not give them 48 hours or more notice we will charge you $100.
Relocation accepted: Login - select the 'My Transfercar' link in the header - find the relocation accepted/booked - cancel - call rental operator to cancel
Relocation request pending - Login - select the 'My Transfercar' link in the header - find the pending request - cancel
